Following the guidance set by the Class ZA of the Permitted Development criteria, our proposal replaces a pair of industrial units with a carefully designed brick and slate building that captures some of the robust and permanent qualities of the existing warehouse typology.
High ceilings and direct connection to private gardens, create interiors that will feel bright and spacious. Upper storey flats will have double-height living spaces with mezzanine floors that access onto raised garden terraces.
This project follows the Wisteria Road flats that were completed in 2018 and is another Developer/ Architect collaboration with Frame Property.
Planning approval was granted in the summer of 2022.
